1. A historic Buckhead Forest house might be demolished for Peachtree Road United Methodist Church's new parsonage. The house at 3210 West Shadowlawn Ave. contributed to the Alberta Drive-Mathieson Drive-West Shadowlawn Avenue Historic District. The church claims the home is uninhabitable. 2. The 2022 "State of Buckhead" survey is collecting the community's opinions about crime, transit, parks, and the cityhood movement. The survey was first launched in 2020.
