Thief Sought in Gas Station Robbery in Buckhead
The robber ran away with between $60 and $75, police say.
BUCKHEAD, GA -- Police in Atlanta are hoping the public can help identify the person who recently robbed a BP gas station in Buckhead.
The incident occurred on Jan. 31 about 7:10 in the morning at the BP at 3639 Peachtree Road in Buckhead.
The robber ran away with between $60 and $75, police said. Law enforcement officials have released a video taken from a security camera to help find the perpetrator.

He is described as a black male with a dark complexion and average build. Other identifiers include:
Age: From 25 to 40

Height: 5'5"-5'7" tall
Clothes: Gray sweatshirt, black pants and a gray Eskimo type hat.
Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 404 577-TIPS(8477). Tipsters can remain anonymous and be eligible to receive a cash reward up to $2,000.
