Train Station Lesson Inspires Social Media
When a young man at the MARTA station in Buckhead had difficulty tying his necktie, an older gentleman walked him through the process.

Tying a tie can seem like a daunting challenge for any youngster.
Such a challenge was presented to a young man waiting for a train at the Lindbergh MARTA station on Saturday, but the challenge was met and overcome through the kindness of a complete stranger.

According to a Facebook post that has now gone viral, an older woman noticed the young man’s predicament, and asked him if he knew how to tie a necktie. When the young man said he did not know how, the older woman got her husband’s attention.
“Come to this side [her right side; he was standing on her left side] and teach this young man how to tie his tie,” she reportedly said.

The husband immediately came to the young man’s aid, and gave him a step-by-step tutorial on properly tying a necktie. Following the tutorial, the youngster demonstrated the steps to the older man to show that he had gotten it right.
Since the photo was posted on Saturday night, it’s been shared over 156,000 times and has been liked almost 520,000 times.
