3 Georgia Bands Heading To London For New Year's Day Parade: Report
The three high school marching bands chosen to participate in London's New Year's Day parade are from Buford, Loganville and Suwanee.
BUFORD, GA — Georgia will have three high school bands perform in London for its yearly New Year's Day parade, Channel 2 Action News reported Sunday.
Marching bands from Buford High School, of Buford, Grayson High School, of Loganville, and Lambert High School, of Suwanee, were chosen to perform, the outlet reported.
They were invited by British dignitaries during an audition at Buford High, the outlet reported.

Duncan Sandys, the great-grandson of Sir Winston Churchill, invited Buford High himself, Channel 2 reported. The school is scheduled to perform Jan. 1, 2024, the outlet reported.
The report did not say if Grayson High and Lambert High will perform that same day.
