Gwinnett Young Professionals Opens Applications For 35-Under-35 Awards

Applications have opened for Gwinnett Young Professionals (GYP) 35 Under 35 awards program. 35 Under 35 is GYP’s annual selection of the most influential young professionals in Gwinnett.

“This signature program has elevated emerging GYP leaders through a celebration that
believes in the minds and influence of young professionals.”, said Jasmine
Billings, Board Chair of Gwinnett Young Professionals. “Individuals who
continue to support and dedicate their efforts in bringing opportunities to
further engage our ever-evolving county, create a sense of community that
inspires the next generation workforce. I am excited to have been a part of the
inaugural class of 35 Under 35 and look forward to celebrating those to come.”

The recipients of the 35 Under 35 awards will be announced during THEYPARTY
– GYP’s signature event celebrating its mission and the young professionals who
are making their mark on Gwinnett. During THEYPARTY, GYP will highlight
these 35 influential young professionals in the community who are disruptors,
innovators, and change-makers in their fields. Of those 35 individuals, one
unique individual will be highlighted as GYP’s Young Professional of the Year.

Chase Meeder, Director of GYP, added, “GYP’s professional of the year is always an
exciting award to bestow each year. The recipient receives access to a myriad
of opportunities, including one year of free admission to all GYP Connect,
Grow, and Impact events, a designated “GYP of the Year” parking spot at the
Gwinnett Chamber, and an invitation to serve on our GYP Advisory Board.”
