Burglary, Theft, Battery On Cop: Cherokee Arrests

Here's some of what the Cherokee Sheriff's Office has been up to.

CHEROKEE COUNTY, GA — The information below was provided by the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office. Charges listed do not indicate guilt.


Drug Charges

Around 1:50 a.m., police arrested John O'Connell in the 200 block of Eagle Glen Way in Woodstock on several drug charges including possession of schedule one, three and four drugs, possession with intent to distribute and drugs not kept in their original container.


Burglary

Around 1:30 p.m., police arrested Amber Higdon in the 500 block of Hickory Nut Drive in Canton on two second-degree burglary charges.


Battery/Trespassing

Around 2 p.m., police arrested Angelica Mann in the 800 block of Hickory Knoll Drive in Canton on charges of battery and criminal trespassing.


Theft

Around 3:15 p.m., police arrested Michael Brown in the 200 block of Heath Road in Buchanon on charges of theft by shoplifting and three charges of financial transaction card theft.


ID Fraud

Around 3:45 p.m., police arrested Kyle Pack in the 2900 block of North DeKalb Drive in Atlanta on ID charges including ID fraud, possession of a counterfeit ID and giving a false name.


Eluding Police

Around 4:30 p.m., police arrested Michael Fain in the 500 block of Puckett Road in Waleska on several charges related to driving a moped including driving without a license, operating with a suspended license, attempting to elude police, obstruction of an officer (felony) and simple battery on a law enforcement officer.


Commercial Burglary

Around 6:20 p.m., police arrested Scottie Fain in the 200 block of Lowry Street in Ballground on two charges of commercial burglary.
