Canton Police Department Invites Community to 'Coffee with a Cop'

From the City of Canton Police Department:

The Canton Police Department's next Coffee with a Cop community event will be held Saturday, July 30 from 9-11 a.m. at Cup Up Coffee, located at 210 East Main St. inside the Audio Intersection. This program allows the agency and citizens to connect, engage and build important, trusting relationships that are vital to the quality of life for everyone in the community.

"The events bring our officers and the public together in a very relaxed and informal environment to talk transparently about issues that we face in our community. I want to thank our citizens and their support and feedback, which greatly assist us in providing better police services to those we serve. Additionally, this time together also 'humanizes the badge' to both adults and children, and our hope is our citizens will see that we truly care about them, their quality of life and what goes on in our city.

I would like to thank Cup Up Coffee and their management for agreeing to host such an important community event."
