The Georgia Department of Labor is set to help Aerotex and Tidra fill a number of jobs in nearby Floyd County.
The recruitments will be held at the GDOL’s Rome Career Center, 462 Riverside Parkway in Rome.
Aerotex will be recruiting full-time assembly and production-line workers for its Polk County location on Wednesday, March 13, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Applicants must have at least 12 months of prior experience in a manufacturing environment. First- and third-shift positions are available, and the pay is $10.50 an hour.
Tidra will be recruiting full-time manufacturing workers for its location in Adairsville on Thursday, March 14, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Positions include general manufacturing workers, maintenance mechanics and forklift drivers.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 12 months of experience in the industry. Salaries range from $9 to $11 an hour.
