'Biggest Party Of Year,' BBQ And Brews Cartersville Cooks On Saturday

CARTERSVILLE, GA — Downtown will see its “biggest party of the year” on Saturday, according to organizers, when the annual BBQ and Brews Cartersville takes over the square starting at noon.

The event, staged for a fifth straight year, will feature the best barbeque pitmasters in Georgia along with plenty of craft beers. Attendees also can shop with more than 100 vendors at the event, or they can bring their kids to “the Ultimate Kid Zone.”

Live music will be provided by Jonathan Peyton, the Hearsay, GypsyOutfit, Whiskey Rose Band and more.

Admission is free of charge. The downtown party is presented by Century Bank of Georgia, sponsored by Pritchard Injury Firm and organized by Revival Events. It lasts until 8 p.m.
