Bloody Brawl, Wrecked Router Leads To Arrest Of Bartow Man: Cops
A Cartersville man upset that "the internet router was not working" bit a man's ear in retaliation, according to Cartersville Police.
CARTERSVILLE, GA — A Cartersville man is behind bars Monday after an argument over Internet access led to a wrecked router and a knock-down brawl that drew blood, according to authorities.
John Lucious Harrell is charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass and battery after accusing another man at a residence on Forrest Avenue Saturday of being the reason “the internet router was not working,” according to the Cartersville Police Department incident report.
The second man told Cartersville Police that things escalated from there, when Harrell “charged at him” and the two wrestled to the ground. Harrell then bit the second man on his ear, “causing it to bleed.”
