"This president does not even possess Bill Clinton's political skills in knowing when to talk to the other side about issues," Barr said.

"Despite being able to quote Ronald Reagan, the president doesn't understand Reagan's principal 'There is no limit to what a man can do or where he can go if he doesn’t mind who gets the credit.'"

Barr stated that The Affordable Care Act is a recipe for disaster as Americans are losing their health insurance and having trouble getting through the website to sign up for coverage.

"The good news is that the legislation is so bad that there is no escaping the blame by this administration," Barr told the group. "They created it, they birthed it, they raised it, they own it lock, stock and barrel, and it will collapse of its own weight."

Barr is leading the national campaign to send the message to President Obama: "Americans will not sign up for ObamaCare" by promoting the website IWillNotSignUp.com.

"We need to be sure that we have the right people in Washington to pick up the pieces after this failure. We need solutions that make sense for the constitution, the economy and the healthcare of every American."
