8-Year-Old Among I-575 Fatalities - Kennesaw Patch

One of two people killed in an afternoon crash that temporarily shutdown Interstate 575 South was 8 years old, the spokesman for the Cobb County Police Department said this evening.

Just before 2 p.m. Monday, Abraham Fernandez-Zuniga of Acworth was driving a red 2001 Chrysler Town and Country minivan northbound on I-575 with the 8-year-old passenger in tow. Butler was accused of going to the home of Epsie and CF Ewing with Barry Marquez Partee and John Jody Blackwell on or about 1 p.m. on May 21, 2009 to commit armed robbery. During the attack, CF and Epsie Ewing were both beaten. .

Forsyth County authorities hope a body found by a fisherman near Mary Alice Park is that of a Tucker man missing for a month after his boat was first seen running in circles on Lake Lanier.
