• This 31-Foot Prehistoric Reptile Once Ate Dinosaurs — Now It's a Georgia Museum Showstopper (greenmatters.com) — Cartersville’s Tellus Science Museum is drawing visitors with a 31-foot replica of Deinosuchus schwimmeri, a prehistoric reptile that once preyed on dinosaurs. The towering “terror croc” skeleton, created from detailed fossil scans, is currently the only exhibit of its kind and anchors school field trips and paleontology education right off I-75 at Exit 293.
