Cartersville Driver's Ed For High School Students

They're offering seven sessions of driver's education training. See which fits your schedule best.

CARTERSVILLE, GA — The Bartow County School System is working with Marietta/Cobb Driver's Ed to offer courses during the 2019-2020 school year. Classes are for all high school-aged students.

The "30/6" courses, including 30 hours of classroom time and six hours behind the wheel, cost $385, are taught by current Bartow school teachers, meet the Joshua's Law requirements and qualifies for the 10 percent Teen Driver's Education Insurance Discount.

  • Sept. 7 to 28, Saturdays only: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Oct. 1 to 31, Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6 to 9 p.m.
  • Nov. 23 to 26, Saturday to Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Dec. 27 to 30, Friday to Monday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Jan. 11 to 31, Saturdays only: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Feb. 8 to 18, two Saturdays, Monday and Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • April 6 to 9, Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All classes and driving appointments meet at Bartow College and Career Academy, 783 Grassdale Rd., Cartersville.
