Cartersville Mom Is Selfless 'Inside And Out,' Daughter Says

CARTERSVILLE, GA— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

What makes your mom extra special?

My mom is extra special because no matter what she goes through, there is always a smile on her face, if she has it and you need it she’ll give it to you in a heartbeat! Currently, she takes care of her disabled son and raises her grandson. She is selfless inside and out. If I could give her the world, I would.

Why do you feel your mom deserves the spotlight?

Because she always gives the spotlight to everyone else. She is constantly putting herself, even after people she doesn’t know.
