'Comedy & Beer' Returns to Cartersville Nov. 4

From Theatre Extreme Cartersville:

“We’re excited to bring back some audience favorites and to try out a few new things,” says Executive Director Meghann K. Humphreys. “There will be a little bit of election season fun thrown in, but be warned: there are zero endorsements for any candidate allowed in this show. Our improv shows are meant to be fun and entertaining for all audience members, no matter what their political affiliation is. In fact, audience members will be delighted to know that some of the election shenanigans we have planned for the show have nothing to do with the actual races going on right now. You will have to come to the show to get more information and to find out what we have in store!”

Tickets for “Comedy & Beer” are $15 and can be purchased at the door. Price of admission includes 1 beer, food, and 1 hilarious show.

“The improv cast has a few new faces,” Humphreys continues. “We’re excited to share their fresh, quirky approaches to improv with our audience. There have been a few practices where I’ve not been able to keep a straight face at all. My face hurts from smiling and laughing so much at these improvisers!”

“Comedy & Beer” at The City Loft runs one night only on Friday, November 4 th , 8 p.m. The Charity spotlight 50/50 Raffle for this show is for the Red Door Food Pantry. Remember to bring extra cash to donate to this organization.
