Man Caught Trying To Break Into Child Care Facility: Cops
Cartersville police found the man allegedly shattering the front window of The Sunshine House on Henderson Drive.

CARTERSVILLE, GA — A Cartersville man was arrested and charged after police observed him allegedly breaking into a child care facility in Bartow County. Ryan Carlos Delallama was charged by Cartersville police with burglary in the second degree in connection to the incident reported early Sunday.
Officers were dispatched around 3:16 a.m. Jan. 13 to The Sunshine House at 605 Henderson Drive in Cartersville. An officer arrived and witnessed Delallama "use his right hand to shatter the front window," according to a Cartersville police incident report.
The cop produced his department-issued firearm, aimed the gun at Delallama and gave commands for him to lie flat on his stomach on the ground.

"Mr. Delallama then looked at me and proceeded to turn back toward the window and remove more glass," the officer wrote in the report.
Delallama eventually complied with the commands, and was placed in handcuffs and put into a patrol vehicle. Delallama, who was 34 at the time of his arrest, was booked into the Bartow County Jail Sunday morning and released on the same day with a $10,000 bond.
