Williams' sister told Mark Winne with WSB-TV that she was told Williams was on the phone with a friend in Emerson when her phone cut out.
“She hasn’t had any communication with anybody,” Sanders said to Winne. “Her phone has been turned off. This isn’t making any sense whatsoever.”
