• GA paleontologist, professor helps build first accurate skeleton replica of ‘dinosaur-killing' croc (wsbtv.com) — A massive new dinosaur-era crocodile skeleton replica is now on display at Cartersville’s Tellus Science Museum, created with help from Georgia paleontologist Dr. David Schwimmer. The 30-foot Deinosuchus schwimmeri model is billed as the only exhibit of its kind worldwide and is designed to give visiting students and families a vivid look at the region’s ancient ecosystem.
