Most Wanted: Kein Richard Stephens
The 26-year-old Cartersville man jailed in connection with child support obligations is accused of escaping from a work release program.

- Description: Caucasian man; 6-feet tall and 145 pounds; brown hair and green eyes.
- Accusation: Stephens is accused of escaping law enforcement custody. The warrant was filed Friday after he allegedly failed to return to jail from court-ordered work release. Stephens was in jail and sentenced to the work-release program as the result of a child support warrant.
- Outstanding Charges: Escape.
- Last Known Address: 26 Sioux Road in Cartersville.
Anyone with information on Stephens' whereabouts should call 911 and notify the dispatcher he is a wanted person.
