Multiple People Shot In Bartow County, Possibly A Murder-Suicide

UPDATE: Man Corners Wife And Another Man, Kills Them, Then Self: Police

BARTOW COUNTY, GA -- The Bartow County Sheriff's Office is investigating three people shot in the area of Gray Road off of Old Rudy York Road near Cartersville.

According to Sheriff Clark Millsap, just after 4:30 p.m. Saturday, deputies were dispatched to the area because of a shooting. When deputies arrived, they discovered three bodies with gunshot wounds. According to police, evidence and witnesses indicated it was a murder-suicide. and

Police don't believe others are involved.

No names are being released at this time due to next-of-kin notifications and an active investigation.
