Rockmart Murder Suspect Captured In Indiana
Daylon Delon Gamble was found Sunday by the U.S. Marshals Service's Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force in Indianapolis.

ROCKMART, GA — The man wanted for fatally shooting four people and injuring another last week in Rockmart has been tracked down by the U.S. Marshals Service. Daylon Delon Gamble, 27, was located and taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service's Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force in Indianapolis, Indiana, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said.
Gamble is accused of killing four people around 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24 in two shootings reported in the 500 block of Williamson Street and the 300 block of Rome Street.
The two victims who died in the William Street shootings were 48-year-old Helen Rose Mitchell and Jaequnn Davis, 19. A 24-year-old person, Peerless Brown, was also shot, but was transported to Atlanta Medical Center for treatment.

The victims in the Rome Street shooting have been identified as 24-year-old Arkeyla Perry, and Dadrian Cummings, 26. GBI spokesperson Nelly Miles said Gamble "was friends" with Davis and Cummings, but all the victims knew him.
Marion County, Indiana, Jail records show Gamble was booked into their facility on Sunday, Jan. 27. No other details have been released at this time.
