The Atlanta Food and Wine Festival returns September 11 and 12

Food Network/TV personality Chef David Rose is taking his grilling talents from the TV screen to the main stage to kick off the culinary demonstrations under the signature Tasting Tents.

β€œA Taste of Jackson”
with Chefs Enrika Williams (Fauna Foodworks),
Eddie Wright (Eddie Wright BBQ) and
Bryan Myrick (Johnny T’s Bistro & Blues)

3:30 – 4 p.m.
From small mom-and-pop eateries to James Beard award-winning chef-driven concepts, the City of Soul offers some of the best authentic cuisine.
Enjoy seafood, tamales, Cajun, barbecue and more as three of Jackson, Mississippi's top chefs explore the city's rich culinary flavors.

No conversation about authentic Nashville-style hot chicken is complete without mentioning Hattie B’s. Learn how to recreate Southern staples from
Hattie B’s Chef Brian Morris.

With Chef Jonathan Klaskala of Elysian Bar
3:30 – 4 p.m.

Chef Jonathan Klaskala of Elysian Bar in New Orleans highlights local and seasonal ingredients in casual but sophisticated dishes. To wrap up the festival, Chef Klaskala will showcase how to perfect the ultimate brick chicken dish.

In effort to curb hunger and reduce food waste in the Metro Atlanta area, Atlanta Food & Wine Festival will partner with Second Helpings Atlanta to collect fresh, surplus food from the festival to donate to hunger relief agencies. In addition, they will support Children of Conservation, with proceeds dedicated to the conservation of endangered species through education, habitat preservation and wildlife sanctuary.
