• South Fulton mayor's trespassing case could head to jury trial (fox5atlanta.com) — A high-profile trespassing case tied to a lake house off Cascade Palmetto Highway is now likely headed for a jury trial after South Fulton Mayor Khalid Kamau and his attorney arrived late to a key court hearing. The judge issued, then held, a bench warrant and ordered a pre-trial conference, while prosecutors continue pursuing the remaining criminal trespass charge from the 2023 incident.
