Forsyth County Arts Alliance Announces 2023 Grant Cycle
The second annual Heart for the Arts event is set for April 13.

Forsyth County Arts Alliance, a philanthropic organization that exists to support the arts in Forsyth County, invites applications for its 2023 Grant Cycle. Eligible applicants include registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations as well as governmental entities, such as libraries and schools.

While the applicant does not necessarily have to be based in Forsyth County, any project, performance, or event must benefit the residents of Forsyth County, GA, to be eligible for funding.
Prospective applicants must first submit a Letter of Intent (due April 3, 2023), which provides a general outline or overview of the intended project. The details such as budget, location, date, and other specifics are later submitted as part of the full grant application (deadline May 8, 2023). Additionally, all are invited to join the Forsyth County Arts Alliance for the 2nd annual Heart for the Arts (a fun little benefit happy hour) at Legends Distillery in Cumming on Thursday, April 13, 5:00-7:00pm. With savory hand-crafted beverages, door prizes, and live jazz music from the Gentlemen of Swing duo, this is a fun way to get your weekend started early, while meeting other supporters of the arts.
