Rep. Tom Graves Holds Town Hall Meeting

Georgia's 9th District Representative, Republican Tom Graves, will host a town hall meeting on Wednesday in downtown Cumming.

U.S. Rep. Tom Graves (R-GA-09) continues his summer town hall series with three remaining meetings for Georgians in the 9th Congressional District. 

Rep. Graves will be in downtown Cumming on Wednesday, Aug. 31 where he'll kickoff the meeting with remarks and a short survey before opening the floor to those in attendance for an hour-long conversation.

The town hall meeting will begin at  6p.m. in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Suite 220 in the Forsyth County Administration Building, 110 East Main Street. It is free and open to the public, but seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Board of Commissioners may be attending this event, but no county business will be discussed or transacted during this meeting (see informal agenda below).

Town hall-style meetings are a traditional forum used by members of Congress to talk about their issue positions and hear comments or questions from people in the communities they represent.
