Sheriff’s Office names Sgt. as Employee of Quarter
Sgt. Jason Nipper is recognized for helping save the life of Lambert's assistant principal.

Sgt. Jason Nipper has been selected as the Headquarters Bureau Employee of the second Quarter, according to Lt. Col. D.T. Smith with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.
On April 1, while working as an off-duty traffic detail at Lambert High School in South Forsyth County, Sgt. Nipper responded to a call from dispatch that help was needed at the school.
Upon his arrival on the scene, he found the assistant principal was unresponsive and had no pulse. Sgt. Nipper and a school nurse administered CPR and used the automated external defibrillator (AED) until EMS and fire personnel arrived.
