Dacula Docket Book: Invalid Tires on Roadway, Disorderly Conduct, Speeding and Other Charges
The following booking information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The listed individuals have not been convicted of a crime.
The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Jan. 17 and Jan. 21, 2014. Those arrested and their charges include (all photos courtesy of the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department):
Carlos Cervantes Gasca, 3425 Brightmoore Court, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Jan. 19. The listed charge is battery.
Jose Mariano Garcia, 998 Mitford Lane, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Jan. 18. The listed charge is interference with a call for emergency assistance.
Parris Jamal Franklin, 2170 Beckenham Place, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Jan. 18. The listed charges are improper lane change, speeding and DUI.
Maahdi Lansana Daboh, 2065 Beckenham Walk Lane, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Jan. 18. The listed charge is disorderly conduct.
Stephen Chase Hertzler, 2341 Kelman Place, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Jan. 17. The listed charges are use of license plate to conceal identification, theft by receiving, probation violation, improper lane change, invalid tires on roadway and non-transparent mat on window.
