Permits Issued for Vacant Structure Registration, Irrigation Work and New Single Family Construction

The following Dacula area building permits were recently issued by the Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development.

Tenant change:

• 1250 Auburn Road, Suite 104 – change of ownership, JJ Nail Spa and Skin Care

Construction of single-family residence:

• 2220 Cambridge Hill Court (Lincoln Estates subdivision)

Vacant structure registration permit issued:

• 3120 Willow Park Drive

Water heater replacement:

• 2091 Harbins Road
• 815 Golf View Court

Heating and air conditioning work:

• 800 Gran Heritage Way – replace HVAC

Other:

• 2118 Austin Common Way – Permit issued for irrigation work for Austin Commons amenity area.
• 2223 Floral Ridge Drive – Permit issued for basement finish work including bedroom, bathroom, office, study, wet bar and theatre.
• 123 Pipeline Road – Permit issued for electrical work only, remove/replace meter socket, 150 amp meter/main.
