Dallas-Hiram Area Restaurant Scores: KFC, Marble Slab, Taco Bell

PAULDING COUNTY, GA — Whether you're looking to sit down for a meal at a restaurant or grab some fast food for lunch on the way back to the office, you have plenty of options in Paulding County, and over a dozen have been inspected by the Department of Public Health recently.

A total of 13 Paulding County restaurants and food-service operations were inspected since Jan. 7 — the last time Patch posted a restaurant score roundup for the area — with all of them receiving As.

Each item on an inspection form has a point value ranging from 1 to 9 points, with violations deducting points from the best possible score of 100. Higher points are taken for items with higher risk to cause illness, while repeat violations take even more points.

Letter grades assigned are A for totals of 100 to 90 points, B for 89 to 80, C for 79 to 70 and U for less than 70.
