  1. The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office has located a woman first reported missing on Monday, Aug. 8. Officials had previously issued a post on social media requesting the public's assistance in locating 47-year-old Jennifer Bone. According to an update provided on Tuesday morning at 8:40 a.m., Bone has since been located and confirmed safe. (Paulding County Sheriff’s Office via Facebook)
  2. Paulding County is offering multiple incentives — including a $750 signing bonus — for new school bus drivers amid a statewide shortage. The district has already added an additional 90-passenger bus to their routes and replaced two 72-passenger buses with two 90-passenger buses, but students say the buses continue to be overcrowded. As of last Thursday, Aug. 4, the district still had 45 open driver positions. (11 Alive)

Paulding County is hosting a "Probate for the People" public seminar workshop covering probating wills, probating administrations, guardianship and conservatorship cases, and more.
