Arrest Made In Violent Clarkston Stabbing Death

DECATUR, GA —A Decatur man has been arrested on charges that he stabbed a man 33 times with a small knife until the man died. Gianni Maziah Harris, 21, was arrested Tuesday.

Harris is charged with murdering Troy Cosby, a Clarkston, Georgia, man, in 2018. According to the warrant issued on July 22, 2019, Mr. Cosby was stabbed 33 times with a small knife.

Harris was located in Lithonia, where he was arrested and taken to the DeKalb County jail without incident.
