DECATUR COUNTY, GA—The DeKalb County Police Department is asking the public's help in locating a man missing since Saturday. Police said, Carl Arnold, 54, was last spotted near a gas station on Glenwood Drive. He's described as 230 pounds and 5'8.'' Police said he may suffer from dementia. If anyone sees Arnold, call 911 or the department's special victim's unit at 770-724-7710.
