The infant's parents are already in jail. On Tuesday, another Decatur man was arrested.

DECATUR, GA — A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the death of a one year-old who allegedly died after ingesting an overdose of prescription drugs earlier this year. DeKalb sheriffs, working with U.S. Marshals, arrested Roderick Knight, 55, of Decatur, in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, on warrants charging him with second degree felony murder and felony second degree child cruelty.

Already in custody are the child's Decatur-based parents. Rachelle Rattrey, 24, and Tabares Tony Wadley, 26, are charges of felony second degree murder, felony second degree child cruelty, and misdemeanor violation of the Georgia controlled substance act..

Arrest warrants for the couple said the infant was unresponsive when emergency services answered a 911 call to a Bermuda Run Court residence earlier this year. A search warrant found the presence of numerous prescription drug containers on the floor of the residence along with less than an ounce of marijuana.
