DOUGLASVILLE — A gang fight at Arbor Place Mall earlier this year has led to the arrest of 10 gang members and associates, according to Douglasville police.

Of those arrested, eight are from Douglas County and two are from Louisiana. All have been charged, and the two from Louisiana are awaiting extradition, said Police Chief Gary Sparks.

The arrests stemmed from a Jan. 2 fight outside the movie-theater entrance at Arbor Place Mall. Further investigation revealed a gang connection, said Lt. Ken Winklepleck of the Douglasville Police Department.
