There's a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms today with a high near 91, according to the National Weather Service.

Tonight there is a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms with a low around 69. 

2) The fireworks that were canceled Monday night due to rain have been postponed until Labor Day, said Bennett Oliver, parks and recreation director.
