More Suspects Sought In Connection With Gable Gun Burglary; 2 Arrested
Douglasville police are seeking at least six suspects in the 2020 burglary of Gable Sporting Goods, with two already arrested.
DOUGLASVILLE, GA — At least six more suspects are being sought by the Douglasville Police Department in connection with the 2020 burglary of Gable Sporting Goods, the Douglas County Sentinel reported.
Two suspects have already been arrested in connection with the Nov. 12, 2020 burglary: Bobby Colston and Rashan Cofield. Both face charges of second degree burglary, theft by taking and second degree criminal damage to property.
A $5,000 reward is still being offered by DPD for information leading to an arrest and conviction of other suspects, a spokesperson for the police department told the Sentinel.

Colston and Cofield were among a crew that drove a U-Haul through the concrete wall of the sporting goods store and stole 37 weapons, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
The stolen guns were valued at roughly $24,000 at the time, and caused about $60,000 in damage to the store, the Sentinel reported.
