  1. A BOLO ("be on the lookout") has been issued for Derek Robertson, a missing juvenile last seen at Lithia Springs High School. He was last seen wearing a dark hoodie, dark pants, and multi-color Nike shoes. Derek, pictured at the link, could be in the Villas Ridge Drive area of Douglas County.   2. Douglas County is celebrating Developmental Disability Awareness Month in March. In advance of this, the Board of Commissioners voted unanimously on Feb. 21 on a proclamation that champions the creation and support of an inclusive community for all members. Grateful Hands Inc., a non-profit organization, was recognized for its efforts in making Douglas County a welcoming place for citizens of all abilities and their families. On loan from GreyStone Power, the special exhibit opened on Feb. 17 and will run through Mar. 30.   4. Crafters, this one's for you: the Cultural Arts Council Douglasville/Douglas County is hosting another Bracelet Bar event on Sunday, Mar. 5. Head over to the Cultural Arts Center at 2:30 p.m. for a two-hour class, in which you'll make your bracelet out of various beads, each denoting a different emotional wellness declaration.
