Commissioner Cathan To Hold First-Ever Town Meeting Tonight

DOUGLASVILLE, GA- District 3 Commissioner Tarenia Carthan is hosting her first town hall meeting since being elected to the Douglas County Board of Commissioners. Carthan’s event, titled District Talks, is scheduled to occur Tuesday, April 23, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Studio T located at 4040 Chapel Hill Road, Douglasville, right across the street from Chapel Hill Middle School.

Carthan plans on discussing various updates that will impact community members in District 3 including road construction.

“I plan to have a staff member from our Department of Transportation with displays for citizens to offer input on a Chapel Hill road sidewalk project,” Carthan said. “I’m truly looking forward to engaging with members of the community and answer questions they may have.”
