Douglas County Names Teacher of Year Semifinalists

The eight nominees are in the running for the top award, which will be announced next month.

Douglas County Schools have named the eight semifinalists for its annual Teacher of the Year Award:

High School Semifinalists

All 34 school-level Teachers of the Year will be honored at a recognition on Thursday, October 1 at 4:30 p.m. at Central Baptist Church. Grade level winners and the Douglas County Teacher of the Year will be named at the event.
