DOUGLAS COUNTY, GA — Now that pandemic restrictions are being relaxed and restaurants are reopening, are you thinking of going out for a bite to eat? Then check out these inspection scores for restaurant and food-service operations conducted so far in July in Douglasville and Lithia Springs.

Most of the nine restaurants and food-service operations inspected in Douglas County scored an A, with three operations rating a perfect 100. However, one restaurant highly rated in its previous two inspections — New China Road on Thornton Road in Lithia Springs — posted only a 59 during its July 8 inspection and was graded as "unacceptable."
