The Douglas County School System has begun the process of developing a district-wide strategic plan to help focus teaching and learning and improve operating efficiency throughout the district for the next several years.

A critical component in the development of any strategic plan is to first assess the current environment and determine what priorities rate highest among the school system’s base of stakeholders.

As a DCSS stakeholder, your input is needed to help establish these priorities.
