Douglasville Area Restaurant Inspections: Topps Bar & Grill, IHOP

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — All but one of the Douglasville area restaurants inspected in the last seven days scored As or Bs on their restaurant inspections.

A total of 15 Douglasville area restaurants and food-service operations were inspected since Nov. 11 — the last time Patch posted a restaurant score roundup for the area — in Douglasville and Lithia Springs.

Of the 15 eateries, 10 received grades of A and four of them received grades of B. One received a grade of C: Monterrey Mexican Restaurant in Douglasville. None received a grade of U for "unacceptable."

Each item on an inspection form has a point value ranging from 1 to 9 points, with violations deducting points from the best possible score of 100. Higher points are taken for items with higher risk to cause illness, while repeat violations take even more points.
