Douglasville PD Fall Festival And Safety Expo

Police are inviting the community by for a fall exposition and a bike ride beforehand.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — The Douglasville Police Department is inviting the community to this year's Fall Festival and Safety Expo, preceded by a morning community bike ride.

The bike ride kicks off at 8 a.m. on Oct. 12 at the Douglasville Police Department, and is expected to end around 10 a.m.

Then comes the festival and safety expo. There will be lots to do for the whole family. Douglasville police posted on their Facebook page that from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., kids' activities will include touch-a-truck, bounce houses and an area dedicated to kids.

There will also be vendor booths, which cost $25 to register, alongside a costume contest and K9 demonstrations.
