Douglasville Police Host Gang Info Town Hall
Locals who are interested in learning how the police department approaches gangs are welcome to attend.
DOUGLASVILLE, GA — The Douglasville Police Department is hosting a town hall meeting to discuss gangs, according to an event posting on the department's Facebook page.
The event, Tuesday, Aug. 27, is meant to give the community a chance to learn about how Douglasville police deal with gangs.
It runs from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Police Department Community Building.

They'll discuss gang identification, recognition and investigations. Attendees will learn of signs to look for and criminal law as related to gangs.
"Let’s all work together in our communities to become more aware and keep our neighborhoods safe," the department said.
