Douglasville Star Student Athletes Hopes To Become A Veterinarian
The outstanding 9th grader is a leader at school, on the track field and to her siblings at home!
Douglasville, GA — Star Students are found in classrooms, on concert and theater stages and at debate lecterns, and out in the community doing good things to make life better for all of us.
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize Star Students, and we’re working to tell the stories of these outstanding kids to their neighbors.

Why do you believe the star local student should be recognized?
Eri is the oldest of 3 girls. She has always been a take the high road kid. Willing to understand be understanding to unwavering fault. She shows her parents and grandparents, those around her gratitude. — always humble and grateful. Articulate and strong determined and extremely bright. Straight A student, When she was 10 her first year on an Atlanta track team.. " She made it to Jr.Olympics trials, overall she placed #20 in her personal race. However was asked to Assist her team in relay 4×100 to qualify for Jr Olympic, in a stand in for another older sprinter. (Her lean tall statue gave the appearance of being older).despite She was 4 years younger and being She never ran a relay before. Amazingly to our surprise , She held her speed, kept up and passed that baton and it lead to 1st place. Today she runs with on school team and her efforts helped them be State regional winners in 4×400. I admire her strong resolve at 15. Anyone who gets to know her, as she seems shy, she's a very sweet and articulate . She leads her younger sisters, with that older sister Authority and example!. She aspires to become A Veterinarian , has a strong love of animal especially horses. I think she is a true star

She very passionate, humble, wise to be so young she does have a love for God.
