Drive-Through Coronavirus Tests To Be Given For Douglas, Cobb
Hunter Park will close to the general public starting Friday while Douglas and Cobb residents get drive-through testing for the coronavirus.
DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Another drive-through site to test for the coronavirus will open Friday at Hunter Park — but please don't drop by unannounced.
Hunter Park and all of its parking lots will close indefinitely to the public while Cobb & Douglas Public Health uses the park to administer coronavirus tests. A news release promises that anyone who arrives without a referral number from the health department "will be turned away."

To see if you qualify for COVID-19 testing, call your health-care provider, a federally qualified health-care centers, or the Cobb & Douglas Public Health call center at 770-514-2300.
Only Douglas or Cobb County residents with symptoms — including fever, cough or shortness of breath — are eligible tests. Those older than 60, first responders, health-care workers and patients with serious chronic medical conditions are among those who will be prioritized.
