Drive-Thru COVID-19 Vaccinations Set Next Week For Arbor Place
Arbor Place gets a new tenant next week: a drive-thru mass vaccination site run by Cobb & Douglas Public Health.
DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Starting next week, Arbor Place Mall will have a new tenant: a drive-thru mass vaccination site operated by Cobb & Douglas Public Health.
The site will be open six days a week, with COVID-19 vaccinations given by appointment only. Exactly which day it will open next week has yet to be announced.
Cobb & Douglas Public Health Assistant Director Lisa Crossman announced the drive-thru vaccination site Thursday night during a virtual Town Hall Meeting, according to The Douglas County Sentinel.

About 3,000 COVID-19 vaccinations already have been given at the Douglas County Health Department’s Selman Drive location, Crossman said. Health-department officials previously had set a target of 800, but no target number was given by Crossman during the Town Hall meeting.
