Early Voting Begins for Douglasville General Election

Incumbents in city government are facing challengers, including Mayor Harvey Persons.

Early voting for the Douglasville general election began Monday and will run through the end of the month.

Voting by absentee ballots will be held Monday through Friday at the Voter Registrar’s Office, first floor, Douglas County Courthouse, 8700 Hospital Drive, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and by mail, from Oct. 12 to Oct. 30.

The general election is 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 3 at various locations in the city.
