Lunch Angels Wipe Out Student Debt At Mirror Lake Elementary

An Atlanta Roofing Company traveling the state wiping out students lunch debt made a stop at a Douglas County School Thursday.

DOUGLAS COUNTY, GA – An Atlanta Roofing Company traveling the state wiping out students lunch debt made a stop at a Douglas County School Thursday. Gwinnett County based Perimeter Roofing made a stop by Mirror Lake Elementary School in Villa Rica to pay off the money students owe for lunch, right in time for the holidays.

Perimeter Roofing’s philanthropic arm, Perimeter Cares, hopes to wipes out student debt one lunch at a time by visiting more than 1350 schools. So far the roofing company has visited four schools a week, paying off more than $9,600 in student breakfast and lunch debt. The school lunch angels have a vision of one day paying off the lunch debt of every student in Georgia.

Robert Dieringer and Lance Noles, both of Perimeter Roofing made the check presentation at Mirror Lake to School Nutrition Manager Paula Holloway. Holloway says: “This is such a blessing to our students and their families. We are so grateful that Perimeter Cares has partnered with our school to meet the needs of every student. This act of kindness has inspired us to 'pay it forward' and to continue to be a blessing whenever we can.”
